TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Doggy Paddle Pool Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary for safety, operational, or welfare reasons.
SESSION INFORMATION
Private Pool Sessions are scheduled according to the published timetable.
Swimming times may vary slightly due to individual dog requirements, safety procedures, or operational needs.
Owners are asked to arrive promptly for their appointment.
DOG HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Owners confirm that their dog is fit to participate in swimming activities.
Dogs must not attend if they:
• Have a contagious illness or infection
• Have open wounds or untreated injuries
• Show signs of sickness or distress
• Have behaviour that may place themselves, staff, or others at risk
OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Owners agree to provide accurate information regarding their dog’s:
• Health condition
• Medical history
• Behavioural concerns
• Swimming experience
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the session being cancelled without refund.
SAFETY
All dogs participate at the owner’s risk.
Doggy Paddle Pool Ltd takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but cannot guarantee the prevention of accidents, injuries, or illness.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may result in reduced swimming time.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond the allocated booking slot.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
Doggy Paddle Pool Ltd reserves the right to amend schedules, services, pricing, or operating procedures without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
